What is Cold Laser therapy?

The cold laser is a powerful FDA approved technology designed to promote cellular repair, especially in the mitochondria. Lasers are used to apply low levels of light (LLL) to targeted areas of the body. The low levels of light penetrate the tissue without heating or damaging the skin, hence the name “cold” laser.

The stimulation of light energy works similar to photosynthesis in plants. As the light is absorbed into the body’s cells, it interacts with light-sensitive components in the mitochondria, called cytochromes. The process promotes the body’s natural ability to heal by encouraging cells to produce more ATP energy, or adenosine triphosphate – the energy that fuels everything we do.

How Cold Laser works

Since 1967, more than 2,500 studies have been conducted on the safety and effectiveness of low light therapy in providing relief from pain and other symptoms. With our customized frequencies, we can use the cold laser to help repair organ tissue, relieve pain, balance emotions, lower inflammation, improve detox, regrow damaged neurons, and speed up the healing process.

One of the perks of cold laser therapy is that only 5-10 minute sessions are needed to ignite the process of healing, however your cells will continue to heal long after the laser therapy session is over.
